after jailbreaking. when i enter this url into cydia (cydia.hackulo.us) is it necessary to connect thru a wifi network. can it be done to my broadband connection by connecting my ipod 3g usb to my pc...... i read in this website that after jailbreaking go to cydia then enter this url into cydia.. u need to connect thru wifi router/internet... that's y i am asking.. it can be done by my broadband connection... right guys..

no, connecting via usb to your pc won't necessarily allow you to use your pc as the connection machine (unless you're going to be tethering, but that's outta my experience). best to just use the phone itself, use a free wifi hotspot or go over to a buddy's place and use his wifi...
