i got it on itunes but it says cant install on my iod cause it cant be verified

Hi,

I know this is somewhat of a repetitive or a dumb question, but I jailbroke the iphone, and i did everything on both links, including installing cydia, but what do i do now, once I downloaded the sims file. I also downloaded apps sync 3.0 well.

Also, another question I had was i installed both cydia and icy, if I don't need both, which one can i get rid of, and how do i do that?
